Hourcraft

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 10, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Hourcraft, operated by Aurific Labs LLC, a Florida (USA) limited liability company. By creating an account or using the app or browser extension, you agree to these Terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away protections that the law of your country of residence makes mandatory.

1. The service

Hourcraft is a time-tracking application available as a web app and a browser extension. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your email via a one-time magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure and for activity under your account. One account is for one person. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and in any case at least 13 years old.

3. Acceptable use

4. Plans, billing & taxes

5. Your content

Your time data is yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and display it back to you across your devices. You can export (Pro) or delete it at any time, and you can always request a copy of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Consumer withdrawal rights (EU/UK and similar)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases like these. Our Refund Policy gives every customer a 14-day money-back guarantee that is designed to match or exceed that right, and nothing in these Terms limits it — or any similar mandatory refund or withdrawal right where you live.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — keep your own records where it matters. If you are a consumer, you keep any warranties or guarantees your local law makes mandatory.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurific Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of US$50 or the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (your content rights, the disclaimer, the limitation of liability, and governing law) survive.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes take effect on a new effective date with reasonable notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you additionally benefit from those protections, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where your law gives you that right.
