We want you to be happy with Hourcraft Pro. This policy explains when and how refunds are given. Hourcraft is provided by Aurific Labs LLC; purchases are handled by Stripe as merchant of record, which means Stripe is the seller of record for the transaction and issues all refunds. This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights, which it does not limit.
If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing any plan (monthly, annual, or lifetime). This covers every new purchase — automatic renewals are handled by Section 2 — though we may refuse repeated buy-and-refund cycles that abuse the guarantee. Refunds cover the full amount you paid, including any tax added at checkout.
Recurring monthly and annual plans renew automatically. You can cancel any time from the in-app billing portal to stop future charges; your Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has started, except where required by law — but contact us if a renewal caught you off guard and we'll look at it in good faith.
The one-time lifetime purchase is refundable within the 14-day window in Section 1. After that it is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from purchases of digital services and digital content. Our guarantee in Section 1 is designed to match or exceed that right — a full refund, in the same 14-day window, with no deduction for use — so the simplest way to exercise it is just to email us. The statutory right itself remains yours regardless, and nothing in this policy waives or limits it, or any similar mandatory right in your jurisdiction.
Email [email protected] from your account email with your purchase details. Because Stripe is the merchant of record, approved refunds are issued by Stripe to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
